How can I order samples before making a full purchase?

We offer a free sample service so you can see and feel the quality of our flooring in your own home. Simply click the 'Order Free Sample' button on any product page, and we will deliver them via first-class post.

What are your delivery options and lead times?

We offer a range of delivery services including Standard, Next Day, and Pick-a-Day delivery. Most stocked items are delivered within 2-5 working days. Large orders are typically delivered on a pallet to the kerbside.

How do I calculate how much flooring I need to order?

You can use the room calculator found on every product page. Simply enter your room's dimensions, and we will calculate the number of packs required. We recommend adding 10% extra to your total for cutting and wastage.

What is your return policy for unused packs?

We offer a 30-day return policy for any unopened and undamaged packs. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product range.

Do you provide professional installation services?

While we do not provide direct installation services, all of our products come with comprehensive DIY fitting guides. We recommend hiring a professional floor fitter for complex layouts or specialized products like solid wood.

Are your wood products sustainably sourced?

Yes, we are committed to environmental responsibility. The vast majority of our wood and laminate products are FSC or PEFC certified, ensuring they come from responsibly managed forests.
